GET READY! "Culinary Car" has stepped into the building with this tasty treat! Fun fact: our Wellness Director, Carly, loves experimenting in the kitchen (mostly with desserts.) Most recently, she created this fabulous coffee cake for our sugar-free folks to enjoy as an easy snack, dessert, or even breakfast. TMC's coffee cake starts with a cake base that is packed with protein, yet still light and fluffy (shout out to our Taylor Made Cuisine pastry team!) The cake base is then layered with a cinnamon "sugar" crumble, which adds some texture, and results in a balanced spicy sweetness! Quite frankly, you won't miss the sugar and you'll be shocked about it... Have it with some actual coffee, or don't, we won't know.
