We strive to provide the highest quality products - which starts with high quality ingredients. Our produce is always organic when possible, our meat is hormone-free, our poultry and eggs are organic/antibiotic free and our seafood is wild-caught.

Food not only nourishes your body - but also your soul! We believe what you eat should not only be good for your health, but also good for your taste buds. TMC loves featuring cuisines from around the world on our menus to keep things creative - and flavorful.

The relationship you have with your body (and your food) is a long-term one based on balance and abundance. Here at TMC, we don’t believe in calorie counting or extreme dieting for one main reason: it’s hard to stick to. Instead, we focus on proper portions and nutrient dense ingredients.
