It’s vegan and we’ve heard on many occasions that it tastes better than the original! We make our TMC Vegan Caesar Dressing with one of our secret weapons: TMC’s very own Vegan Mayo with house infused garlic oil. This oil gives all the complex flavor of garlic without any of the digestive nonsense garlic can cause. We think it’s great on a salad or as a dip with veggies. It’s also one of the main components of our ever popular Kaleifornia Caesar! Bonus: the apple cider vinegar aids in digestion & you would never know it’s vegan!
Ingredients: house made vegan mayo (coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, dijon mustard, garlic infused olive oil, grapeseed oil, lemon juice), lemon juice, caper juice, capers, dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, salt and black pepper)
