Choose from the options below (which we hope to change semi-regularly):
BLT Scramble: eggs, bacon, kale, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, black pepper, grapeseed oil
Cowboy Scramble: eggs, bacon, mushrooms, white potatoes, salt, black pepper, grapeseed oil
TMC Fit Scramble: eggs, turkey “chorizo” (ground turkey, paprika, dried mustard, chili pepper, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder), spinach, salt, black pepper, grapeseed oil
Veggie Scramble: eggs, asparagus, red bell peppers, spinach, salt, black pepper, grapeseed oil
Don’t forget to make it a meal by adding on roasted potatoes or sweet potato hash. And, turn up the flavor with house-made salsa and/or cheese!
